Howdy, my name is Raony Guimarães Corrêa Do Carmo Lisbôa Cardenas.

I have a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics working at the Laboratory of Clinical Genomics, Faculdade de Medicina, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, in the city of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais in Brazil under the supervision of Prof. Sérgio Danilo Junho Pena.

I currently work as a Bioinformatician for a company called Genuity Science https://genuitysci.com

During my Ph.D., I developed an online tool called Mendel,MD (www.mendelmd.org) that can be used for the investigation and diagnosis of Human Mendelian Disorders.

My main passions and interests are Bioinformatics and Precision Medicine.
